Dave is a beloved local fisherman out of Haleʻiwa Harbor. Recently, while driving down Pupukea Hill, the brakes on his truck failed. In a heartbreaking accident, he lost his truck, trailer, and boat everything he relies on for both his livelihood and his way of life.

Anyone who knows Dave knows he’s the kind of person who’s always there for others whether it’s lending a hand at the harbor, sharing his catch, or just being a friend when you need one. Now it’s our turn to show up for him.

We are rallying as a community to help raise funds so Dave can replace his boat and truck and get back on the water. Every donation, big or small, will go directly toward helping him rebuild and move forward after this devastating loss.
