It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of David Long, who went home to be with the Lord on September 7, 2025, at the age of 58 after a courageous battle with colon cancer.

Dave was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He was the devoted husband of Gina Long, proud father to their three sons, and loving grandfather to four beautiful grandchildren. He was also a man of strong Christian faith, which guided the way he lived his life with humility, kindness, and love.

Professionally, Dave was respected as a Lead Certified CMMC Assessor at A-LIGN, where he dedicated himself to excellence and integrity. But above all, his greatest role was within his family where he was a steady presence, a source of wisdom, and a foundation of love.

Gina, who has been a stay-at-home mom and faithful partner in every step of their journey, now faces the difficult road ahead without Dave by her side. This fundraiser has been created to help ease her financial burden during this time of profound loss and transition.
