Dave Boulanger Family Assistance Fund

Hi, my name is Shannon and I'm fundraising for my sister Alicia (Gamache) Boulanger and her and Dave's five girls.

As you may know, Dave A. Boulanger passed away suddenly on Friday, February 9, 2024. Dave is the husband of my sister Alicia B. (Gamache) Boulanger and father to five girls. Twins, Lauren E. and Emma L., Julie M., Sarah R., and Courtney J.

Dave was a wonderful husband and father supporting the family fully through his love and financial support. Unfortunately, there was little to no life insurance planned at his youthful age. The little money Dave will receive from his employer’s accidental death insurance will cover a portion of his funeral expenses leaving the family with no money to cover living expenses. All the finances were in Dave’s name, which leaves the family without the ability to claim anything.

Alicia and the girls deserve to stay in their family home, and Dave would want it this way too. We implore you to consider supporting this Fund to ensure the safety and continuity for the family. Your generosity will aid the family to remain in their home and assist with Alicia’s loss of income during this trying time, as well as their mortgage, medical and utility bills, and any expenses related to providing for a family of six.
