Walking for Hope – In Loving Memory of David, Nikita, and David

Hi, my name is Arelene and this year I’m taking part in Darkness Into Light in support of PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland—a cause incredibly close to my heart.

My family has been deeply affected by the heartbreak of suicide. This walk is in loving memory of my daughter Nikita, my son David, and my brother David. Their loss left a space in our lives that can never be filled, but through this journey, I hope to honour their memory and help others find light in the darkness.

PIPS offers crucial support to individuals in crisis and to families struggling with the impact of suicide. Every donation—no matter the size—helps fund lifesaving mental health services and suicide prevention programs in our communities.
