Darkness Into Light Ormeau Park

After a 6 year hiatus during and post covid, Aoibh and i are back doing Darkness Into Light in Ormeau Park on Saturday morning to support the incredible work Pips and Pieta House do supporting those who have been bereaved through suicide and those on a mental health journey . We have left our fundraising very late, and we know there is a lot of fundraising this time of year, but anything you can donate goes directly to fund mental health services and support anyone impacted by suicide and self harm. Think of us when we are getting up to head to Ormeau Park at 3.30 a.m. to do a 5k :)
