It is with great sadness that we share that our trainer and team member George Buckley passed away over the weekend.

George was an integral part of the Master Builders Western Australia training team, and everyone who had the pleasure of spending time with him will know what a genuine, caring, and friendly guy he was. He had a heart of gold.

From a professional perspective, he had the ability to captivate a classroom and make even the most boring of topics engaging with his witty sense of humour, endless stories, and his knowledge of the industry. The true definition of a trainer and mentor, we feel very lucky to have had George train for us these past 6 years, and over this time, we have been fortunate to get to know him on a personal level and call him a friend.

George leaves behind 3 children, Darcy, Matilda and Clancy. I am sure you would have all heard George tell many tales with pride of his kids, and it was clear he really idolised all three of them. To show our support during this stressful time to the 3 people closest to his heart, we have set up this Go Fund Me page.

Any funds raised will be given directly to Darcy, George's oldest child, to distribute between himself and his 2 other siblings.
