Volunteering in Peru

Hi my name is Darcie , I am 16 years old love nature and animals.

My dream is to work with endangered animals and preserve the wildlife for future generations,

This summer i would like to volunteer in Peru , helping the conservation team out there rehabilitate animals into the rainforest.

I would be spending 4/6 weeks living and

Working on an ecological reserve in the heart of the Amazon rainforest.

I would be recording wild animal numbers so the scientists can look at population declines

I would also be helping care for rescued animals at the projects rehabilitation centre.

I would spend several days teaching at the local schools, educating the children in the importance of protecting the native wildlife and plants along with build trails in the jungle so conservationists and volunteers can venture further.

My parents will fund some of the costs but i need to raise funds for my flights, visa, and accommodation whilst in Peru

I know times are hard for everyone but any little support you can offer would go towards making my dream come true and help save the worlds dying rainforests for the future generations
