Hi my name is Darby McAdams, I'm seventeen years old and my passion is whitewater kayaking. I recently earned a spot on the U.S.A. Freestyle Kayak Team, which means I have the opportunity to compete in the Freestyle Kayak World Championships, held this August in Eastern Canada. This competition is the biggest event in the Freestyle world, and having the chance to compete here means more than anything to me.


This trip will cost a lot, totaling four weeks in Canada with three weeks of training there prior to the event. My expenses will include gas, food, coaching, lodging and much needed new gear and boat. It would mean the world if you helped me achieve this goal!
