Hi my name is Erika.

A few weeks ago, my cousin's wife, Maddy, suffered a severe stroke at the age of 31 and was admitted to the ICU in Perth. Sadly, she passed away on November 15.

Maddy leaves behind her husband and their six-year-old daughter, who will now face life without their beloved wife and mother.
