With a heavy heart we share the loss of our beloved Brian Jackson. Brian was a man of hard work, dedication to provide, and the best Pitmaster around. He worked with Canadian National Railroad for 25 years—setting records, always getting promoted, and leading teams of men to work harder than the day before. He valued his work and his crew.
Brian had passion for his work, but his love for his family was even bigger. Brian was a grandfather to four: Jaxx, Justin, Jane and Weston. He was a father to five: Jasmine, Electra, Alec, Chloe and Christos. Most importantly, he was a husband to Lindsay and took pride in having her as his wife. All of our family is heartbroken to have lost the man that made us all connect and love each other over good food. Brian went to be with the Lord last Thursday, and while it’s hard to comprehend, we know his pain is no longer.
Our GoFundMe is dedicated to helping Lindsay and Christos as they navigate life without him. Lindsay is a self-employed Hairstylist that needs financial relief as she takes time to grieve and mourn the loss of her husband. More than that, we want Lindsay and Christos to feel a sense of security in this new walk of life. Our goal would be for Lindsay to not feel burdened by bills or expenses for months to come. But, we all have our own ways of giving. Beyond monetary support, our family would appreciate meals, hugs, and prayers during this time. However your heart calls you to give, it will be received so graciously. We just want Lindsay and her children to know that there is an army behind them.
Thank you, and God Bless you all.
**If you need Lindsay’s Venmo; address, or have any other needs please reach out to Patricia Eickhoff, Leandra Swayne, or Electra and Chloe Hug.
