First of all we want everyone to know we have always been family oriented and we have always maintained a close relationship with our grandson, Rich Mack, and love him very much. We realize some of you are total strangers to us and our grandson, but we can't continue the battle of returning the children to their father without your help.
The Worst:
We recognize that divorce at times is inevitable.
Nevertheless, both parents should remain a part of their children's lives.
This is where Rich's divorce has been an unbearable tragedy. His fight to be with his 3 children has been going on for 4 1/2 years, so you can imagine the cost, both emotionally and financially. Since the very beginning of their separation Rich's ex-wife has fabricated affidavits and criminal complaints, some of which resulted loss of employment, and even an arrest!
The accusations that resulted in his arrest were so ridiculous that Rich actually sued the county for false arrest; and he won! However, even with that victory, the false allegations continued. With each allegation came an investigation, more court costs, lawyers, time, travel expenses, and even worse, each investigation disallowed any contact between Rich and his children. All the 3 children knew is that their dad was out of the picture, AGAIN, and they think it is his fault. The truth is not one single accusation has ever been substantiated; not one!
The children have not only been removed from their father, but from their aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents, who all miss them and love them very much! This has been such a heartache and hardship for all of our family. We have exhausted all of our money and savings accounts.
Daddy's Hope:
Now we have a history of his ex-wife manipulating the system to prevent him from seeing his children. Her dishonesty and court room deception has finally caught up to her. However, to obtain justice another custody hearing is scheduled for June. This is the first time in 4 1/2 years that Rich has a real chance to be reunited with his children. We have been waiting, praying, and hanging on to this hope for years.
The Help:
The main purpose of me sharing this information with you is to ask for help. We are completely out of money.
We need to raise another $10,000 for attorney fees, $2,000 to complete a psychological evaluation, and another $5,000 to retain a Parental Alienation Specialist who will help in getting Rich more custody. Also, the expense of traveling back and forth from AZ to KY .
We have tried not to ask for help, as many of the family members have given as much as they can right now.
Rich needs your help!
If you could please donate any amount you can, it will go to the most worthy cause ever; children being reunited with their father. This will be such a blessing and miracle in our lives!
