This isn’t my normal thing to do, asking for help, especially when it comes to financial matters. 

But my dad really needs it until he recovers. Last week, he had a massive heart attack and flatlined on the way to St. Mark's Hospital in the ambulance from Tooele to St. Mark's in Salt Lake. They were able to resuscitate him, and he went in for emergency surgery to have a stent put in. But a week later, we brought him in to possibly be put on oxygen because he thought he was low on oxygen just until he fully healed, but that wasn’t the case. He was sent to St. Mark's again by ambulance and found out that the stent was 100% clogged again, causing fluid buildup in his lungs. The only reason he didn’t have another heart attack is because he has an extra vessel on his heart, which only 20% of people have. Most likely, he will have to have open-heart surgery and a bypass put in.

With all of this going on and him being out of work from his trucking company, he will not be able to pay what he needs and hospital expenses.

Kills seeing him go through this and we really hope he gets better. He is a very good person always has tried to help anyone in anyway that he could. 

It's too much for me or my family to take on. I wish that wasn’t the case.
