Hi Family,

As some of you may know, our family has been going through an extremely difficult time. On August 22, 2023 our dad was admitted to the ER after suffering from two different types of strokes, a brain bleed stroke and a blood clot stroke. For the past three years these strokes have gone undetected up until recently.

While we are grateful that while having these episodes he was never been driving or worse, he is still on a long road to recovery.

Our dad is currently in a rehabilitation center working on his physical and cognitive health. During this time, he has had to resign from his job and in the future will have to rely on medications, nurses, doctors, wheelchairs, walkers and so much more.

If you are able to donate, it would be greatly appreciated. Please do not feel the need to give large lump sums, he is still recovering so incremental contributions will help just as much. We are doing our best on our end to make sure he is well and recovering as quickly as possible to become independent. He still has his personality, sense of humor ,and motivation to get back out into the world. At 60, he is looking forward to doing just that.
