In memory of Raquel Forte (Hester)

As the countless friends and family members who knew and loved Raquel can attest, she was first and foremost a loving and committed mother to her three children, Bryson (15), Lexi (14), and Cole (12). She was their fiercest advocate and cheerleader in all aspects of their lives. In addition, Raquel's unwavering commitment to all the students who passed through her fifth grade classroom effected a positive impact on the lives of hundreds of children through her years as a teacher. Her kindness and compassion was apparent to anyone who crossed paths with her. We are asking those who cared about Raquel and her family to help honor the legacy of an amazing teacher and mother and to help her husband Bill ensure that her children are able to continue the Catholic school education that Raquel so carefully chose for them. We ask that you join us in honoring Raquel's legacy and wishes by contributing to the fund, the goal amount of which will assist with the children's ongoing educational expenses, and thus do a little bit to offer the children a little bit of the protection and opportunity that Raquel pursued so enthusiastically for them.
