Being active is good for your mental health and Mind have set a challenge to complete 10,000 steps a day.
Our team have committed to 310,000 steps each for the month of October.
We would really appreciate any donations you can spare to help us raise money for Mind.
We are very excited to be doing this together as a team and with one day already completed by us all, we can advocate how well we feel for reaching our day 1 goal.
It's never too late to start getting your 10,00 steps in.
