Usually, the holidays bring so much joy. However, after this past year (of mostly unemployment in animation/vfx), they bring dread. Christmas only happened last year due to immediate family and close friends.

Rent has increased again this month (now $2730, so basically everything I make and we go to the food bank!), and the cost of food and living is overwhelming. It has been a struggle (I broke my night guard, a tooth, my son had his glasses break all in the last two months, just basically everything has skyrocketed in cost...), and rent has gone up YET AGAIN! I am just... making rent each month!!

I am hoping to find some help from our community. I am looking to get my boys a new pair of shoes, winter boots, clothing, food, reduce debt, and to maybe not worry about rent for just one month. Not asking for millions, just one month to breathe.
