Let's help the Singer family!

My name is Ramsey and I've been a very close friend of Amanda since 2011 when I joined her Bible study. As the leader, she poured her heart and soul into women seeking a deeper relationship with God. I met Kurt once they started dating and immediately saw an equal passion and love in his heart for friends and family. They are an extremely generous couple and joyfully give whatever resources those around them require - be it time, money, prayers, or simply being present.

On Friday, December 30th, Kurt and Amanda received news that the mother of Kurt's children (Katie) died by suicide. It's been heartwrenching.

Kurt and Amanda will soon have full custody of two boys (Adler, 10 and Zaiden, 14) and move them across the country from North Dakota to New Jersey.

This tragedy has been awful. The financial burden of immediate and unplanned expenses adds another layer of stress to their family (that they wholeheartedly accept). In addition, Kurt, Amanda and Austin (14) just recently moved to NJ due to Kurt's active duty military status and do not have a local support system yet.

Kurt and Amanda would NEVER ask friends or family for money. However, at this time I feel it's necessary to BUILD up this family in prayers and donations to offset the financial stress.

The purpose of this GoFundMe is to cover:

-Flights from ND to NJ for both boys (est. $2,000 total)

-Moving expenses from ND to NJ (est. $3,000)

-Lawyer fees

-Clothes for both boys

-Mental health counseling (for all 5 of the family members if needed)

-6 months of various expenses (i.e. groceries, gas, etc.) due to increased demand

Let's lift this family up as they figure out how to navigate this next chapter in all of their lives!
