It's really hard for me to write this.

I'm always one to help others and I hate asking for help for myself.

I'll admit, part of that is due to trauma and always being told I "owe" them later.

About two months ago, I decided it was time for me to start a new life, for myself and my five year old.

I moved 1,000 miles away from everything (and everyone) I know, not knowing what would happen next or where we would end up.

Within that two months, I was able to find the support i needed, get my kid enrolled in school, and even got our own apartment!

Now, I just need to be able to move all my things from my previous home to my new, permanent home.

That will include:

•Moving truck or trailer

•Gas money

•Hotel for one night

Anything helps!
