D'Lo Marshal Fund

The D’Lo Marshal Office is staffed wholly by unpaid volunteers.  The Town of D’Lo has lost its major employer and source of revenue and the recent pandemic has further reduced revenues. There has also been an increase in calls for service for the Marshal’s office. The D’Lo Marshal fund is raising money for critically needed equipment and training. Currently the Marshal’s Office needs what most departments take for granted.  The Marshal’s office needs a computer, printer, software, radio for the patrol car, uniforms, Tasers and other equipment. The patrol car also needs work or if we could raise enough money, a good used patrol car to replace the current one. Also, the Marshal office would like to build a small no kill shelter, as D’Lo has a big problem with stray dogs.  Support of the D’Lo Marshal office is not only important to the unpaid volunteers who currently risk their lives protecting the Town without proper equipment, it is important to the citizens of D’Lo. Unfortunately because of IRS rules, donations are not tax deductible.  However, know that no one involved in this fundraiser will be receiving any compensation.  The Members of the D'Lo Marshal Office aren't looking for a paycheck, just some help so they could serve and protect the citizens of D'Lo in a professional manner.
