Cystic fibrosis is something very close to my heart. My sister and my niece both live with it every single day, and it’s not easy. It’s a condition that affects their lungs and digestion, and it means constant treatments, hospital visits, and challenges most people don’t see.

Despite everything, they are both incredibly strong and keep going no matter what. Watching them deal with it has shown me just how tough and brave they are. It’s made me realise how important awareness, support, and research are for people living with cystic fibrosis.
