This Saturday at 4:30AM, we’ll be cycling from the Bull statue in Birmingham to Big Ben in London — all on pedal bikes.

We chose this challenge to push ourselves far beyond comfort — a reminder that real growth demands discomfort, discipline, and doing the things you don’t want to do.

This ride isn’t about comfort, motivation, or perfect conditions — it’s about challenging ourselves on purpose. It’s about discipline: pushing through when it hurts, putting in the miles when you’d rather stop, and proving that consistency beats excuses.

We’re riding for Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust.
