My name is Gregory Guledjian, and I am an 11th grade high school student in Hollywood, California. My community has played an immense role in shaping the young man I am today, and I feel a strong responsibility to give back to the people and places that have supported me.

I am a passionate cyclist who competes in both road and mountain bike races. Cycling is more than just a sport to me. It gives me freedom from the stresses of being a teenager, keeps me away from electronic devices, and instills in me strength and discipline.

Over the past year, I have volunteered at a local charity called Bicycle Kitchen, where I help repair bikes for individuals who can’t afford bike repair. We also assemble and donate bikes to children, and seeing the joy on kids’ faces when they receive a bike is unforgettable.

Through this fundraiser, I hope to expand that impact by purchasing new bikes to donate to children in my community of Los Angeles. I have partnered with two incredible organizations, Para Los Niños and A Place Called Home, both of which support youth. My goal is to raise enough funds to provide 50 bikes to each organization.
