200MILE CYCLE FOR WELSH GLYN

Doing a killer north century ride for my good mate who’s been diagnosed with terminal cancer, proper good bloke with a lovely family.

It’ll be my biggest ride yet. Heading from Halifax to Leeds to York, back through Harrogate then bradford and home. Somewhere around the 120mile mark. I will log it all on strava for you all to see/follow. The saddle sores are gonna chronic so please be generous and donate to my good pal.

EDIT: now the fundraiser did much better than I thought I am now pushing the ride to my absolute limits. Gonna be a full day of cycling and the mileage is getting pushed to 200miles. Where better to head than the beautiful east coast. SCARBOROUGH and back
