Team 28 based on Matthew 28 - We are a team of six people from across the United States that will be going to remote Hmong villages in Thailand. The team is made up of members from Agape Life Church and students from Taccoa Falls College. We will be leaving to Thailand on June 10, 2019.
We will be working with Tais Nruag Hawj (Doua Her) in remote Hmong villages teaching young children about Christ our Lord and Saviour. We will give out toys to the children and pray with them. We pray and hope that those don’t know Jesus will come join our program so that we will have the opportunity to share the love of Christ with them; and if God wills, bring them to Christ. When the children participate, the parents will attend as well. This gives us the chance to interact with the parents and provide those in need with clothes and blankets.
We will also be working with Xibhwb Tswv Moos Xyooj at the Asia Bible Seminary. We will be teaching the students English and also converse with them so that they get to practice what they learned. When we are not teaching, we will go to the villages and help where needed.
