In the summer of 2025, I will be embarking on a 4-week charity trip to Kenya to participate in projects helping their community and environment.

I will turn 15 at the end of the trip that summer, and I am both excited and anxious.

Whilst there I will be helping build schools, teaching English and installing fresh water tanks all around to help improve living conditions for local people. I will also be planting trees, helping wild animals like elephants from becoming extinct and meeting and supporting the communities.

I decided to go on this trip because I feel it’s important to help those who are not as fortunate as me. I realise how lucky I am in lots of ways and I want to do something to help in any way I can.

I need to fundraise the cost myself to go on this trip and it’s a lot of money for me to raise.
