My name is Yulianna. I came to the United States 3 years ago to start a new life, and build a family with my husband. We have built many wonderful memories together, and everything was coming together. Within a year of our marriage, we found out that our beautiful little girl would be arriving soon and would complete our little family. My pregnancy was supposed to be the most wonderful and exciting time of our lives. However, things began to change negatively. I felt very alone and very mistreated throughout the whole pregnancy, and my partner was no longer my partner. My little girl felt all my pain, and we only had each other to hold on to. When my little angel was born, I felt like I had been robbed of being her mom. I couldn't make any decisions for my little girl, as every new mom does. He controlled my every decision, and he had the last word when it came to our child. When I started to refuse to do everything his way, he started to threaten me by taking my baby from me, my car, he would stop giving me money for food or basic needs, and he would leave me homeless if I didn't obey his rules. I understood that I couldn't live with this man any longer. He was no longer the man I fell in love with. We became strangers, and love turned to hate. He knew how to hurt me and knew I had no one here to support me. I decided it would be beneficial for our daughter if we separated, which he agreed to. Things were going fine when he left. He took our daughter whenever he wanted, and spent as much time as he needed with her. On April 10th, 2022, my life completely changed when he refused to bring back my daughter. I drove to his parents' house to pick up my daughter, and a whole physical altercation occurred. He wouldn't give her back, which resulted in him and his family members attacking me physically while my daughter witnessed everything. He contacted the police, and I was arrested because there were three of them, and I was alone, and they all gave their testimony that I attacked him. Let me make it clear, my husband is a personal trainer, and he claims I attacking him. He is still refusing to bring me my baby. I haven't seen her since April 9th. I am asking for HELP. I don't have anyone here, and I don't have the money to hire an attorney to help me get my baby back. PLEASE, as a mother to a mother, help me get her back.
