Run for Jigsaw

Hi my name is Raewyn and on the 4th of May 2025 I am going to take part in the Great Limerick Run in aid of Jigsaw. Jigsaw is a free mental health service available to young people both in person and online from the ages of 12-25 with mild to moderate mental health issues across the country . I have chosen to fundraise for Jigsaw as it is a charity that has a very close place to my heart. I have been a volunteer with Jigsaw since 2022 in the role of a youth advocate. This has been possibly one of the best things I have ever done , as a young person myself to be able to help spread the word about a mental health service for young people both locally and nationally is something I feel privileged to be able to do , and is something I wish to continue for as long as I can. By volunteering with Jigsaw I have gotten to meet some great people and have been able to take part in some incredible experiences which I will be forever grateful for , so to be able to give something back to them is really important to me .
