Help my Dad get the care he needs

When my Mom suddenly passed away 4 years ago I was immediately thrown into a caretaking position for my Dad. The level of care that he needs has increased over the past 4 years to the point where he now needs to move into an assisted living facility. I have found a place that seems great for him where he can bring his beloved dachshund Roxy. Because this facility is about to change ownership, they are offering take $1000 off of the monthly rent which brings it out to exactly what my Dad receives from social security every month. The catch is that they require $3500 up front to secure the room and I have to provide this by January 15th.

It is extremely out of my comfort zone to ask for money, but any little bit would really help me be able to make this happen for my Dad so that I know he’ll be safe and taken care of everyday. If you feel it in your heart to give, I am so deeply grateful. I’m taking a leap of faith and trusting in God that He will provide.
