TEAM Taran and Kyrie custody lawyer fees

If you know Taran you know Kyrie, they're best friends and Taran's first baby (who is now NINE!) Taran has always been the most amazing dad and does anything for the kids. However in May of 2022 Kyrie was snatched away from Taran (by his biological mother) for what turned into 9 of the longest months of our lives. We spent hours a day calling the local police department, sheriff's department, and honestly anyone else who would listen. Each officer/deputy referred us to family court. We needed a court order for them to step in. We tried very unsuccessfully to navigate the court system without a lawyer, but quickly realized we needed one to bring Kyrie home. We are very fortunate to have a GREAT lawyer fighting this fight with us, and in February of 2023 Taran was given majority custody of Kyrie. However this was a temporary emergency order effective until our trial in October. At this trial we are asking for Taran to continue to have majority custody and decision making for Ky on a permanent basis. Taran has been working so hard to keep our lawyer fees current but custody battles are expensive, and we have an outstanding balance that we need all the help we can get to keep current. With our final hearing just around the corner we need to pay this off. We appreciate all of our friends and family who have been there for us and helped us throughout this time and can't wait to have Ky home, for good!
