The mother of these 2 girls has always battled her internal demons and as of yet, has not been able to overcome them. Meanwhile, these 2 young girls have been caught in the crossfire of abuse at many levels - including family violence, homelessness and drugs. The mother was released from jail on 3/16/2023 and on 9/3/2023 she was arrested on drug charges, this was her last strike.

Fortunately, they have an Aunt that wants to step up and provide these girls something they have never had; a stable and safe home in a loving and nurturing environment.

As everyone knows, living on a single income is hard in these days of inflation and legal fees are incredibly high.
