Custody Battle Court Fees for My Son
Donation protected
Dear friends and family,
Writing this post is tearing me apart. I'm writing this with a heavy heart and an enormous amount of embarrassment. As nearly all of you are aware, my son Tripp, is everything to me. He's only four years old, but he's my best friend and the light of my life. I've been trying my best for my equal rights as his father but it's been a long and difficult journey. Coparenting with his mother hasn't been easy, but I've tried my best to avoid going to court. Unfortunately, it's now inevitable. With me finishing school and getting my Yamaha certification very soon, the time has come for me to take action. I was informed that she was served today and I will be fighting for FULL CUSTODY of my boy.
The uphill battle I'm facing to ensure that Tripp has the best possible future is overwhelming. The costs of my custody battle are astronomical and I'm embarrassed to ask for any help. Paying for my lawyer has been a financial burden, and I could use some assistance to pay it off. While I’ve never been one to accept a handout, during this time, I am asking for some help. Just know that every donation counts, and I'll be eternally grateful for any help you can provide.
As a father fighting for custody, the odds are stacked against me, but I know in my heart that I'm doing what's best for Tripp. I'll do whatever it takes to ensure that he has a bright and happy future. I work two jobs and I finish school in 2 weeks, I also just used all of my saving to ensure he has his own room every night.
Please keep Tripp and me in your thoughts and prayers if you can't donate. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and for considering any help you may be able to offer.
Sincerely, a father that wants his best friend and son back,
