We are a gardening club in Fort Pierce, Florida. We came together to address the food desert in our community. The term ‘food desert’ refers to a lack of available fresh foods and vegetables. Right now, North Fort Pierce residents have to drive outside of the community just to find produce or buy overpriced produce options! We have started a journey of building garden beds free of charge to address this issue, so if you like our cause, please support!
