Cuala4Zambia - Support Orlaith & Fergal's Wall Ball-a-Thon

Hi,
My name is Orlaith McGuinness. I am a 16 year old Transition Year student and camogie & football player with Cuala GAA Club. In June 2025 myself & my dad, Fergal, will travel to Zambia as part of a Cuala house building and community program to build teacher & student accommodation in the Nsobe Community. Fiona Tomlinson runs the school which has grown from a single room in 2009 to a full pre-school, primary & secondary school catering for over 550 students in this rural community. Cuala has had a long standing relationship with this community having built a number of houses & sponsored teachers & school equipment.
I will visit Nsobe in June to build student & teacher accommodation as part of a group of 16 TY students from Cuala and 5 parents. I am raising funds all of which will be invested in the local Nsobe community and in housebuilding materials. (Our travel expenses are self-funded).
To raise funds I am taking part in a non-stop 8 hour Wall Ball-a-thon at 12pm Saturday 22nd February in Cuala GAA Club with all funds raised going towards this important event.
