On July 24, 2025, all seven employees of Uncle Bean's were unexpectedly and wrongfully let go without notice. This neighborhood loves Uncle Bean's, and its staff has always been the heart of this community. They watch our children play, spoil our dogs with pup cups, and show up on holidays so we have a place to gather, connect, and enjoy our caffeine fix.

What has truly made Uncle Bean's special isn’t just the coffee—it’s the wonderful team behind the counter. We could go anywhere for coffee, but we choose Uncle Bean's because of these amazing young people.

We are raising funds to support the team during this sudden and uncertain time as they search for new jobs. These are good, hardworking kids who have relied on this steady income, and we want to help them bridge the gap. Our goal is to raise $14,000 ($2,000 for each staff member) to offer them some stability as they navigate what’s next.
