Hii, my name is Shota and I am a 23 years old student currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In a few days (from August 14), I will be travelling to The Philippines for two weeks. Upon doing research about the country, I found out that it has a huge poverty rate and that just in Manila, about 35% of the population lives in slums. Imagining that there are so many men, women, and kids underfed and have to live in these conditions, with no fault of their own moved me to take action.

On August 16th I will organise a day, together with a local guide of the area, where I give out free food, clothes and basic healthcare products to the community of Tondo (one of the Manila's most renowned slums). In order to fund this project, I can not do it all by myself which is why I am asking you to donate and help make a meaningful difference to the people in need.

In order to secure that your money all really goes to the people of the community, I will record everything (including proof of receipts etc.) and post it on my instagram.
