Hi,

On Saturday 20 January, CrossFit Iron Duke are aiming to row over 3.6million meters for charity.

We have 36 teams of 4 taking part, with each team rowing 100k - that's 25k for each person!

There are two charities benefitting from this event:

REORG - a charity supporting serving and veteran members of the armed forces and emergency services.

Solent MIND - is part of a network of over 100 Local Minds who tailor trusted mental health services to our communities. They collaborate with MIND to make sure their pioneering campaigns, information and research makes a difference in Hampshire.

All monies raised from this event will be split equally between the two charities.
