CrossFit CLE’s move is an opportunity for our community to make our dream gym possible with space for more athletes, easy access to outdoor activities, and dedicated onsite parking. The new space opens doors for enhanced on-site opportunities, including 24-hour access to most equipment and expanded facilities for Phyt for Function and Cleveland Barbell Club.

CF Cle, together with Phyt for Function, has plans in the future for a sauna, cold plunge and more recovery amenities. With sufficient interest and funding, mobility, yoga, and spinning classes are possible future offers, as well as private office space with WiFi for members in the event of an unexpected meeting or call.

There is much work and many dollars needed to ensure a successful move. Please consider the estimated costs to make the new space work:

$20,000 men’s and women’s bathrooms, each with shower facilities

$15,000 paint and plaster work

$10,000 additional equipment for the increased square footage and to accommodate additional members

$5000 miscellaneous repairs - concrete floor leveling, stair and railing repairs to meet inspection codes
