Crossfit 791 has been an integral part of this valley for several years now. The owners, Kim and Lyndsey, and head coach Noah have put endless hours into making this gym feel like a second home for all of its members. They have created a second family for many people in our valley. Whether people recognize it or not, Kim, Lyndsey, and Noah have given so much to our community. They have given people a place where they can push themselves and find out what they are truly capable of, they have created a place where people can go to make new goals for themselves and their health, they have provided an amazing, supportive atmosphere where people of all fitness levels and all walks of life can come to the gym and work towards a better version of themselves, and most recently, they have sacrificed a LOT to keep the gym running and to continue supporting the gym members throughout the pandemic. They went above and beyond during the first shut down to create virtual classes for all of their members to attend. In addition to this they offered gym equipment and nutrition classes to help keep their members going through a really difficult time.
They have given so so much to our community and now it is our turn to give back. This second shut down is going to negatively affect hundreds of small businesses in our valley, including Crossfit 791. Kim, Lyndsey, and Noah have all proved how much they care about our community and it is time to show them how much we care for them and how much we appreciate all of their hard work over the years. Thanksgiving is approaching and it's the perfect time to show others how grateful we are to them and how much they mean to us. Please consider making a donation to help Crossfit 791 keep their doors open so that they can continue bringing positive changes to our community.
