Tammy Mittig and her 18 yr old son, Kristopher, are being sued by a fraudster, for $700,000, plus attorney fees. She needs to retain an attorney.
She is on disability and cannot afford to fight this bully in court without our help.
All funds in this project are withdrawn by the attorney, Tyler Smith & Associates PC, to cover his retainer fee and any unused funds remaining when the case is settled will be given to Mittig and her son.
She is disabled and is being exploited by this man, who has a long record of financial schemes.
As for me, I am an acquaintance of Mittig's, meeting her and Kristopher briefly in August, long before this lawsuit was filed aganst her. I have a special place in my heart for victims of political fraud and am compelled by my own beliefs to help her fight the thief.
