As ICE continues to move with deadly force through Minneapolis, immigrant households continue to shelter in place, terrified to leave their homes. We've received an ever-growing number of requests for groceries from families running out of food, diapers and baby formula, safe transportation to and from work and final college exams, and safe and trusted accompaniment for children to and from school. And now, as families continue to shelter in place, terrified by the horrific actions of ICE in our city, some unable to get safely to and from work, others whose employers have let them go for fear that they too will be targeted, and yet others whose lead income earners have been detained - leaving families pulled apart, scared, and without income - the need for rent assistance is astronomical. We cannot let our neighbors become homeless. Please join us as together we move forward in resistance and mutual care. Donate to keep our Central Neighborhood families housed, fed, and safe.
"While ice wants to disappear us, you are finding us, thank you so much."
