SAVE OUR COMMUNITY CENTER SUPPORT NEW IMMIGRANTS

East Village Neighbors Who Care (EVNC) is now providing critical support services to help connect people who have recently immigrated to NYC or “New New Yorkers” with job training, job applications, preparing for asylum hearings, accompanying people to immigration court, translating documents, and housing leads. We need funds to continue the support work at our community space Cafewal. EVNC volunteers work 5 days a week with hundreds of people to solve problems and build community.

The space to do this work requires regular funding from people like you. Your donation is a great way to lift up the neighborhood of the East Village and successfully settle immigrants into the NYC community. Our resource center work has been described by some accessing help as “life-saving”. This is your opportunity to save many lives and help New York City thrive.
