Crisis Task Force

Crisis Task Force is raising $37,000 to provide first responders to disaster situations with access to chaplains and a bed in which to sleep. Donate now. Share to your social media.
The money that we're raising will be used to build our first trailer- no salaries, no overhead, just straight to supporting these folks as they do their hero thing. Each trailer, starting with this one, will be able to house twelve first responders with a climate-controlled place to sleep. Complete with a mattress, pillow and even sheets! And with what they see during the course of each day during a disaster, we will be providing them with access to experienced chaplains with whom to speak as well.
Crisis Task Force will respond to disaster situations around the nation with the goal of supporting first responders and volunteers. We have all seen pictures of firefighters sleeping on the ground next to a road; paramedics overwhelmed and exhausted; police weeping in the aftermath of a situation. These are people who have chosen to respond. These are the people who have left their homes to help those in need. Or, as we saw in the Camp Fire in California last year, these are people who choose to help others as their own homes are burning to the ground.
Our trailer, soon trailers, will show up to these catastrophes and provide basic services to our heroes. Removing the uncertainty. Providing the ability to decompress.
You can be the hero, too! Help us to support these men and women as they run toward the disaster. These folks deserve everything that we can give them and more.
