Again, Happy Holidays! The end of the year is upon us. There are just five days left before the end of the 2022 tax year.

As you consider how you’ll make positive change through your end-of-year giving, we invite you to contribute to the Association of Midnight Basketball (AMB). With your contribution, you will help make change, help reduce violent crime and “Create Peace in the Neighborhood”. Yes, you will help make our neighborhoods safer, where our young can feel safe at school, at the grocery store, on the playground or strapped down in a car seat in their parents’ car.

To help de-escalate tension, build community trust and reduce violence, the AMB is joining forces with communities, people, across the nation. Through our “Creating Peace…” campaign, we will bring together youth, community leaders, faith leaders, elected officials, activists, residents, corporations and organizations in various peace actions. The first of these series of actions, will take place in Oakland, with a prayer breakfast, a peace march, a youth rally and a community talk-out.
