My name is Arleta and together with Kasia, I represent Syreny CIC – a community initiative created by women, for women in Greater Manchester.

Many Polish women living in the UK experience loneliness, isolation and a lack of support. They are often far from family and without a safe space where they feel understood and connected.

We want to change that.

We are raising £3,000 over 60 days to deliver 12 weeks of free community gatherings and wellbeing sessions for Polish women. These sessions will provide a safe space for conversation, connection, movement and personal growth.

The funds will be used for:

• venue hire

• facilitators and instructors

• workshop materials

• basic coordination and organisation costs

Our goal is to create a supportive environment where women can build relationships, regain confidence and feel less alone.

Every donation – big or small – brings us closer to creating real change within our community.
