Create bags to help the homeless

The homelessness problem in America is staggering. As of January, more than 600,000 people were experiencing homelessness in this country, including tens of thousands of children. My mission is to show these folks kindness and help them in some small way get through the night. I like to carry around bags with food, medical supplies, hygiene items, gloves/socks and a personal note so that if I encounter a person without a home, I can give them something and hopefully stop and talk with them for a bit. The stories these folks have are heartbreaking. None of us is ever more than three or four bad breaks away from being in their shoes. Would you please help me with funds to buy items to create these bags?
