Hi Friends! We're knocking things off the Cordelia to-do list this year, it seems. And this is GOOD!

But also, I need your help again.

We've been trying to get a bathroom modification approved by medicaid for about 4 years now. Cordelia's wheelchair doesn't fit through the door of our bathroom and if it did, there's not enough room for her to get past the toilet. We need an accessible bathroom in our 100 year old house and we have to steal space from another room to do it. We have to move plumbing.

Medicaid covers some. MakeAWish is helping. We've just been approved for a loan that covers 80% of our out-of-pocket cost. The contractor can't start until we've given medicaid's middle man 100% of the cost. We're short $5,000. Literally. Wanna help bust up my old house and give Cordelia access to a bathroom that's better than balancing her on a small tub on a walmart folding table? (What could possibly go wrong?!)
