On 14th December at Smeatharpe Stadium, myself and a few others will be going pink for a Crash for Cancer to raise money for cancer research.

I’ll be setting up a donation page soon, and any contribution — big or small — would be hugely appreciated. Each of us will also be making a small personal donation, and once the race is over, any money made from scrapping the cars will be donated too.

If any other racers fancy going pink as well, please feel free to join in — it’s all for a great cause. There’s no team racing planned, just a good smash-up while raising some money and awareness.

Here are two of the five cars we’ve managed to finish so far for the meeting
