Mighty Max was born November 21, 2011. Max was diagnosed with pulmonary vein stenosis, pulmonary hypertension and congenital heart defects. He has proven to be a miracle baby as he's fought for his life since birth.
Max's condition got the best of him August 5, 2014 @ 2:20am. Max went peacefully in the arms of his mother and surrounded by loved ones.
The purpose of this GoFundMe is to be able to provide a Headstone that the Berrios family can proudly display that reflects Max's fighting spirit, and is a proper tribute to such a strong little man.
