CPM Charity Hikes 2025 - British Heart Foundation
This September, the team at CPM is taking on two charity walks covering over 35 miles in total to raise vital funds for an incredible charity: British Heart Foundation
We're walking to raise funds for ground breaking research, community CPR training, and defibrillator access right across the UK.
Walk 1: The 3 Dons - 14-Mile Circular Walk Around Thame
We’ll be taking on a 14-mile loop through Thame, passing green spaces and local landmarks.
Walk 2: The Edale Skyline - 21 Miles in the Peak District
For an added challenge, some of our team will also be heading to the Peak District, where we’ll tackle a 21-mile hike across rugged terrain, steep climbs, and beautiful countryside.
About the Charity: British Heart Foundation
The British Heart Foundation is a UK-wide charity funding over £100 million every year for pioneering research into heart and circulatory diseases. Their work supports innovations from 3D‑printed hearts to community CPR training and the national defibrillator network. Every three minutes, someone in the UK dies from cardiovascular disease—BHF is working to change that.
What Your Support Achieves:
- Fund more innovative cardiovascular research and clinical trials
- Distribute more community defibrillators and deliver free CPR training
- Advocate for policies to reduce heart disease risk
- Support people with heart and circulatory conditions through helplines and resources
Over 70p from every £1 donated goes directly toward research and related support services
