On August 3rd, 2019, Jacksonville Beach Police Dept. Corporal Andy Lavender unexpectedly passed away leaving behind three children.
Caelen Lavender (15), is a sophomore in high school, Nicholas Lavender (18) is a freshman in college and his daughter, Erika Lavender (27) is locally employed.
With the permission of family and in conjunction with Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 17, we are raising money to help take care of the family.
There are three ways to donate:

2. you can send checks (tax deductible) payable to the FOP Foundation 5530 Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32207 and notate in the memo section “Fallen Officer Relief Fund”;

Erika will be the recipient of 100% of the funds raised and will use them to take care of her siblings. Help us to make sure this warrior’s family is able to mourn without worrying about finances.
